Terms of Service
By accessing this website and utilizing the services provided by HTS Security Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Provision of Services
HTS Security Services agrees to provide SIA-licensed security personnel and surveillance solutions as outlined in the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed by the client. All staff provided will be fully vetted in accordance with British Standard BS7858.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure maximum protection, clients are required to:
- Provide safe access to the premises for security personnel.
- Disclose all known risks or safety hazards on-site.
- Ensure any technical equipment provided by the client is in working order.
3. Payment & Invoicing
Standard payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of security cover and may incur interest charges under the UK late payment legislation.
4. Contract Cancellation
Termination of ongoing security contracts requires a minimum notice period as defined in your individual contract. For temporary event cover, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid administrative fees.
5. Liability & Governing Law
HTS Security Services maintains full Public and Employers Liability Insurance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
